1. Trade Visitors can visit the exhibition on 23rd - 25th October 2019. Entry to the venue on 25th October 2019 is restricted to Hosted Delegates and members of the media and is strictly on invitation basis.
  2. Visitors attending the GITM on 23rd - 25th October 2019 are required to be properly attired as a condition of entry.
  3. Visitors should be involved in or have some connection or interest in the travel trade and/or tourism industries and associated industries.
  4. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from Goa International Travel Mart.
  5. Anyone obtaining a Goa International Travel Mart visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave Goa International Travel Mart.
  6. Anyone attending Goa International Travel Mart should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers, which the Organisers may ask to see.
  7. No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend Goa International Travel Mart.
  8. Anyone attending Goa International Travel Mart must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity, which may disrupt Goa International Travel Mart.
  9. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Goa International Travel Mart who do not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations.
  10. Smoking is banned in public places as per the Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places Rules, 2008 and COTPA. This includes Goa University grounds and therefore smoking is not allowed within the venue and inside the campus during Goa International Travel Mart.
  11. Official Goa International Travel Mart photographers will be taking photographs at GITM. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs of visitors, for the purpose of marketing the exhibition in the future.
